SLN successfully established its coffee business two decades ago in the year 1998. With an ambition to diversify, the firm embarked on a new endeavour as a realtor.

SLN as a real estate developer embarked on a new journey initiating a gated community project named 'SLN Eden Garden' in Kushalnagar, Coorg. This project comprises over 120 villas and 32 apartments well planned in 18 acres of land.
